New! My Warrior Journal - A record of my healing journey

My Warrior Journal is a semi-structured journal for anyone who is on a healing journey, but it is especially designed for people who are battling cancer. The unique layout, with basic prompts across two pages, allows the warrior to easily track daily feelings & thoughts, energy levels, eating patterns, physical symptoms, and the best moments of the day. Additionally, warriors can express random questions or thoughts, focus on the positives they are thankful for, and keep track of the special people who showed up with support. When fatigue hits and energy levels are low, this journal makes it easy to fill in, circle, or just jot down words on the lines provided. This 7 x 10 journal has 160-pages (81 daily spreads) and is a great way for a warrior of any age to record his or her own personal journey to recovery, healing, and survival. The Warrior Journal is the creative work of a breast cancer warrior who is currently fighting the battle and healing!
